About ETA
The Voice of Payments™ is a product of the Electronic Transactions Association, an international trade association representing companies who offer electronic transaction processing products and services. ETA strives to influence, monitor, and help shape the merchant acquiring industry by providing leadership through education, advocacy and the exchange of information.
ETA's membership spans the breadth of the payments industry, with companies ranging from financial institutions and transaction processors, to independent sales organizations (ISOs) and equipment suppliers.

The Voice of Payments™ is an online tool devoted to educating ETA members – and the public – on issues important to the electronic payments community and facilitating communication with elected officials. ETA is a key source of information for legislators and regulators on the electronic payments industry and regularly provides input to government officials on legislation and regulation. ETA relies on involved and educated members to advance the public policy goals of the electronic payments industry.
